MISSION STATEMENT
TO PROVIDE THE MEMBERS OF THE FIRE PREVENTION ASSOCIATION
OF MASSACHUSETTS, INC., THE FIRE SERVICE COMMUNITY, THE CITIZENS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, IT’S VISITORS
AND GUESTS WITH EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND CODES TO PROVIDE FOR
A FIRE SAFE ENVIRONMENT THROUGH FIRE PREVENTION.
GOALS OF THE FIRE PREVENTION ASSOCIATION OF
MASSACHUSETTS, INC.

To provide ongoing educational programs
for the members of the Fire Prevention Association of Massachusetts, Inc.

To support and educate the members of the
fire service community to the ever present need for fire prevention.

To educate the citizens, guests, and visitors
of the Commonwealth of the need to be ever vigilant in their environment to the dangers of fire and the ways to prevent fire
from occurring.

To provide timely information as guides
and warnings to inform those at risk of fire dangers.

To assist, help review, revise and promulgate
laws, rules, regulations, and codes that will strengthen and lead to a more fire safe environment.

To stand firm and enforce the laws, rules,
regulations, and codes with consistency and fairness.
